At Rutherford Preschool we believe in lifelong learning. Staff are continuously involved in professional development; either upgrading their qualifications or participating in workshops or courses that keep them up to date with current theory and practice in relation to the Early Childhood Sector.

We have a very long history of consistent staff with very low turnover – this is because Rutherford Preschool is an amazing place to work and management have the best interests of children and staff at heart.

Rutherford Preschool Staff are available wherever possible for informal chats with you about your child’s progress.
